Research and evidence
Research matters when it changes the quality of a clinical question, the interpretation of an uncertain result, or the honesty of a conversation about treatment.

Sperm DNA damage
Dr Amber Aggrwal's research at the Hewitt Fertility Centre examined sperm DNA fragmentation in men whose routine semen analysis appeared normal. The work was presented at the ESHRE Annual Meeting in Milan in 2022.
Evidence in practice
Evidence-led care does not mean every answer is certain. It means distinguishing established treatment from plausible but unproven add-ons, explaining where data are limited, and avoiding guarantees.
